Weekly report
Your last full week: sleep, recovery, training, movement, food, supplements and habits. Made for you, your coach, or sleep only.

Workouts · one week
Every session of the week drawn out: load by day, time in zones, the heart-rate curve, splits and heart rate recovery.

HRV · 90 nights
Your 7-night average against your own normal range, a status square for every night, and the checks behind it.

Heart rate · 90 days
Resting and walking heart rate against your usual, your daytime average, max heart rate and recovery after runs.

VO₂max · 12 months
Your VO₂max trend, how you compare for your age and sex, and the next level to reach.

Body and BMI · 12 months
Weight trend and the pace you really kept. BMI always sits next to waist-to-height, body fat or FFMI.

Blood pressure · 90 days
A fair morning trend, every reading with its time of day, systolic and diastolic always together.

Timeline · 7 to 30 days
Everything you logged or Apple Health recorded, by time: workouts, meals, supplements, water and mood.
A report reads the data for you
Charts show everything and leave the reading to you. Each report starts with what changed, which way and by how much.
The answer first
“9 workouts this week. Sleep averaged 7 h 17 a night.” Then the numbers that back it up.
Compared with you
Every number sits next to your usual range — the middle half of your own last 60 days.
Me, my coach, sleep only
The weekly report keeps only the sections for who you are sending it to.
A4 or US Letter
Paper size follows your region. Five languages: English, French, German, Spanish and Polish.
Says what it is
Every page says it is a wellness summary, not a medical record. Thin data says so instead of guessing.
Made on your iPhone
Each PDF is made on the phone and handed to the share sheet. Nothing is uploaded; Metrya has no server.
Your week, every Monday
The reports on screen are free. When a week ends, Metrya ranks it across Night, Recovery and Output, and sorts every metric by which way it moved.
- Your week: three scores against the three weeks before, what stood out, and share cards for the week, sleep and training.
- Body report: your scale readings as a trend and the pace you really kept. BMI never shows alone.
- Blood pressure: morning readings by default, so the trend is fair.
- A Monday notification with the week’s headline — not “your report is ready”.
Not only PDFs
The same week can also be saved as data files, for a spreadsheet, a notes app or another tool.
- CSV, JSON or Markdown for the week, from Settings › Data › Export.
- Week pack: the PDF and the data files together.
- Ask about a report (Pro): the Advisor answers from that report and quotes the numbers on screen.
- Routines (Pro): short AI reports on a schedule, which only show up when something changed.

Eight: the weekly report, a week of workouts, HRV over 90 nights, heart rate over 90 days, VO₂max over 12 months, body and BMI over 12 months, blood pressure over 90 days, and your timeline over 7, 14 or 30 days. You can open a sample of each on this page.
Are the reports free?
The screens behind every report are free, including Your week, the Body report and blood pressure. Saving them as PDF, CSV, JSON or Markdown is Pro.
Is my data uploaded to make a PDF?
No. Every PDF is made on your iPhone and handed to the share sheet. Metrya has no server that could receive your health data. You choose where the file goes.
Can I give a report to my doctor?
You can share any PDF. Each page says it is a personal wellness summary, not a medical record or a diagnosis. The numbers come from consumer devices and can be wrong.
Where do I find them in the app?
In Reports under PDF reports, in Export from the Today menu, or with the document button on the VO₂max, HRV, heart rate, Body report, BMI, blood pressure and Timeline screens. The workouts PDF is on the Train tab.
Your week, read for you.
