WHOOP, Oura or Garmin Data in One Private Place
WHOOP, Oura, Garmin and Apple Watch can all share data with Apple Health. Metrya reads it there and turns it into one view of sleep, recovery and training, calculated on your iPhone.
Your devices, one method
Each wearable has its own app and its own scores. Metrya calculates its own from the shared raw data, the same way for every device, against your own usual.
Recovery and Reserve
A morning score and a daily energy reserve, against your own baseline.
Sleep
Stages, sleep debt over 14 nights and a bedtime for tonight.
Training
Zones, load, recovery time and a built-in strength logger.
Sentinel
Overnight signals summed up as Clear, Watch or Alert.
Recovery even without HRV
Some wearables do not write HRV to Apple Health. Recovery and Reserve now show on Today anyway, from what is there, like resting heart rate and sleep, and Metrya says when a number has less to go on.
What each device shares
That depends on the device, its app and your sharing settings. Open Health › your profile › Apps to see which app writes what.
Wear a ring at night and a watch for training? Apple Health keeps both and lets you set source priority. Metrya follows it.
Not a copy of their scores
A WHOOP Recovery, Oura Readiness or Garmin Body Battery is calculated by those companies and usually stays in their apps. Metrya's numbers will not match them exactly, and that is by design.

Your health data stays on your iPhone
Metrya does not connect to your WHOOP, Oura or Garmin account. It reads Apple Health on your iPhone and calculates every score there. There is no account. The optional AI Advisor can run on the device or with your own key.
Does Metrya connect to my WHOOP, Oura or Garmin account?
No. It reads Apple Health only. Turn on Apple Health sharing in your wearable's app first.
Will Metrya show my WHOOP Recovery or Oura Readiness?
No. Those scores usually stay in their own apps. Metrya calculates its own.
Is it free?
The dashboard, Recovery, Reserve, sleep and training are free. Pro is $14.99 a year or $19.99 once for lifetime.
Is this medical advice?
No. Metrya is a wellness app. Its scores help you plan your day.
