On your iPhone. iPhone 15 Pro or newer. No key.
Qwen, Gemma or Bonsai
A one-time download that runs on your iPhone, even in Airplane Mode. Metrya only offers models your phone has the memory for.
Ollama on your Mac
Bigger local models with Metrya for Mac. Your iPhone syncs over your own Wi-Fi.
Your own key
Claude, OpenAI or Gemini on any iPhone. Requests go straight to the provider, and you see them first.
Numbers first, words second
Recovery, sleep debt and training load are calculated by plain code on your iPhone. The model reads them and explains them, and its answers point to the numbers.

What to keep in mind
Small on-device models are slower than cloud models, use a lot of memory and can make mistakes. Check important answers against the numbers on screen. With a cloud key, the provider receives what you send, under its own policy.

Your health data stays on your iPhone
There is no account, and Metrya has no server that receives your health data. On-device models never send anything. With a cloud key, requests go straight from your iPhone to the provider you picked, after you have seen what is sent.
Is the AI Advisor free?
The Advisor is part of Pro. Pro is $14.99 a year or $19.99 once for lifetime. With your own key you also pay the provider for what you use.
Which iPhone do I need?
Apple Intelligence needs an iPhone 15 Pro or newer. Downloaded models need enough memory; Metrya lists only the ones your phone can run. Any iPhone can use your own key.
Does it work offline?
With Apple Intelligence or a downloaded model, yes, including Airplane Mode.
